Increase your fiber intake by enjoying 60g of whole-wheat bread, 60g of whole wheat rolls, or 35g of high-fiber cereal.
The food in bold is 'Free Meal', so you can eat as much of it as you like to satisfy your taste buds without weighing, counting or measuring. Basic meals around Free Meals, such as vegetables, lean meats, fish, fat-free dairy products, eggs and more, and if you feel hungry between meals snack on fresh fruit and raw vegetables.
Choose 2 treats from this list to enjoy each day to help keep you motivated and make sure you don't feel short! You can also choose your own snack, but make sure it's around 300 kilojoules or 70 calories.
